Great selection of tools and supplies. As long as you know what you're looking for and where it's at.... If you don't, look for a tall, white, very short hair man. Cause he is the only staff member who knows everything about everything. The rest of the staff is either unpleasant or incompetent... Easy and quick customer service and return policy.

Ok range of DIY items but terrible awfully bad customer service! Bricorama and Casterama so much better! 0% thought or provision for disabled customers, even though it was clear to see I had reduced mobility I was made to walk the entire length of the store (it’s huge) whilst carrying a toilet seat, then embarrassed in front of all surrounding customers to fix and sit on the faulty seat on a model toilet then had the ‘aisle specialist literally pulling faces and taking the Micky out of how I spoke french as if I ‘difficulties in learning’, I walked off saying I’d leave the faulty seat with no refund or exchange. Previously I had not been allowed to use the ‘disabled priority checkout’ as I had to produce my blue badge which I had to use for the carpark! Seriously avoide if you have any type of disability, need any assistance or ever need a refund for anything! Will not be using this store again!

It's a well stocked shop but our experience was very difficult as we couldn't find what we needed. The staff are friendly but we got sent around in circles quite a few times.

A convenient place when you're in this area, choice is reasonable and so are prices. Only their website is catastrophic, old fashion ergonomy, it forces you to locate and the catalogs don't even have pictures.

What started off as a well equiped shed is 20 years later the very best builders merchants/store that I have seen anywhere, uk or France. You name it, they have it. I hate shopping but I love Briconautes Grasse.
