What a unpleasant experience, I came looking for an advice for my new lamp, and the blonde woman that works in the « rayon luminaire » treat me so bad! As if I was stupid, while we just ask for help! I had never ever been through something like this, and it made me so mad how can somebody be as horrible as this, how is it that she gets to work here and act like this to a client? I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but even this is not an excuse for treating people like dogs, Im not sure If it’s okay to post a picture of her but I was so mad that I wanted to share this, because at the end I ended up looking for what I ask online and asking a different person in this store, one thing that makes me end my fidelity to a store is the service, and today was enough for me to never come back.

Came back there on the beginning of August, costumer service was very good. Was welcomed and aided in my search by a charming lovely young lady Rita Camille, she was so nice, polite, caring, knew how to talk, and gave me professional advices, her service was a 100/100. Compared to the bad service I once had there , I’ve nothing to say this time. Hope all your employees could be just nice as her. Thanks for the costumer service, I’m really satisfied.

Many products, many options, but ai give 3 stars because I was looking a lamp led and the person that supported me has no clue about it, inclusive he was from illumination team. He was testing a lamp that I wanted and it was broken and instead of showing me more options he said sorry we don't have nothing else, I just kept walking and I found 3 options mores that finally I bought one. Customer support bery deficient. Sorry.
